Biography
	Michael Emmerich is a junior organ performance major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), where he studies with Dr. Christopher Marks. After several years of piano study, he began his organ work with Dr. Mary Faulkner in 1999, later becoming a student of Dr. George Ritchie. Michael is currently an assistant organist at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ in Lincoln, as well as accompanist at St. Joseph's Church there. In addition to his church engagements, Michael enjoys working with UNL choral groups and playing chamber music. When time permits, he also likes travel and books of all sorts. After graduation, he expects to do graduate study in organ performance.
